Matthew Truskiewicz
Chief Executive Officer
Matthew H. Truskiewicz is a results-driven leadership executive with over 20 years of experience in technical operations, heavy equipment management, and strategic project oversight. His expertise spans a diverse range of operational sectors—including heavy industrial machinery, property management, and biotechnology infrastructure.
Matthew is known for his disciplined oversight and ability to manage multi-faceted departments with precision and quality control. Throughout his career, he has held significant leadership roles, including serving as the Head of the Aerial Department for Sunbelt Rentals, where he directed the repair and maintenance of high-value heavy equipment assets in the Denver market.
A long-term collaborator within the Hoskinson network, Matthew brings a rare ability to integrate field leadership with executive strategy. He has a proven track record of executing high-level transitions, having been hand-selected to lead critical projects and teams due to his deep technical knowledge and organizational loyalty.
Matthew’s academic background includes studies in Business and Product Management at Front Range Community College, complemented by a concentration in Computer Programming. He combines this technical literacy with decades of hands-on operational experience to drive scalable growth and excellence at every level of Hoskinson Contracting.

Scott Stone
Chief Operating Officer
Scott Stone is the Chief Operating Officer of Hoskinson Contracting, bringing deep operational expertise and decades of hands-on experience across construction, industrial maintenance, and heavy equipment operations.
Throughout his career, Scott has led maintenance and operations teams, overseen complex mechanical systems, and managed large-scale equipment and facilities. His background spans energy, construction, and facilities management, along with experience as a business owner, giving him a practical, results-driven approach to leadership.
As COO, Scott focuses on operational excellence, safety, and efficient project delivery, ensuring Hoskinson Contracting consistently meets high standards of quality and performance.
