Hoskinson Clinic Extension

Hoskinson Contracting led extension construction at the Hoskinson Clinic in Gillette, Wyoming — the first of three planned expansions to the flagship facility. This addition cost over $70 million dollars and delivered 62,000 square feet of new space in three seperate construction phases, complementing the clinic’s original 8,424-square-foot building and significantly increasing capacity for patient care.

The project required careful coordination across trades to integrate new systems with the existing clinic while keeping operations running smoothly. Advanced construction methods and a focus on long-term performance ensured that the expansion met high standards of safety, efficiency, and durability.

The extension marks a key milestone in the clinic’s multi-phase growth, laying the groundwork for future additions that will further expand services for the community.
